Internationally MIX BY ALAIN DUCASSEacclaimed French chef Alain Ducasse has launched his first restaurant in the UAE at the Emerald Palace Kempinski, Palm Jumeirah.

The spacious restaurant is spread over three floors, Mix Dubai has three distinct zones including a private chef’s table, bar and lounge area, and the main restaurant. The design of Mix Dubai was designed in collaboration between Ducasse and Manueal Clavel of Clavel Architecture and Interior Design to create a luxurious and sophisticated feel, with a large, golden Faberge egg which features inside the dome of the hotel.
