CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF USERS – INDIVIDUALS

This document, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data,” confirms your (hereinafter referred to as the User) consent to the processing of your personal data by LLC “GEOPROMEDIA” (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), with its registered address at: 105 Malysheva St., Office 207A, Yekaterinburg, Sverdlovsk Region, 620062, Russia.

You consent to the processing of personal data provided or to be provided to the Operator by any means (including through the completion of web forms on websites and in applications) or otherwise made known to the Operator (including those provided by third parties such as the Operator’s partners).

Purposes of processing personal data:

• Registration of the User on the website;

• Provision of customer support;

• Distribution of information (including promotional materials);

• Improvement of service quality and development of new services;

By giving this consent, the User confirms that they have been informed that processing of personal data includes any actions (operations) as defined in Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data,” performed with or without the use of automation tools, or in a mixed manner, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access, including cross-border transfer), blocking, deletion, and destruction.

Duration of personal data processing and withdrawal procedure:
This consent is valid for an indefinite period and may be withdrawn by sending a scanned copy of a written withdrawal statement to law@geo.pro, or by sending the original statement via registered mail with an inventory of contents, or via courier service to the Operator’s registered address.

Please note that withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data will result in the deletion of your account from the Website, as well as the destruction of records containing your personal data in the Operator’s data processing systems, which may make it impossible for you to use the Operator’s online services.
