Headquartered in Belgrade (Koče Popovića 9), FCS is the key institution running funding and co-funding calls for film development, production, distribution, and exhibition, as well as promoting Serbian cinema at home and abroad. The leadership change comes amid a packed autumn cultural season in Belgrade, and the sector is watching to see how it will affect ongoing projects and partnerships with festivals and exhibitors.
